(a) The initial delivery is free and absorbed in residents' solid waste monthly fee.
(b) If the bin is lost or stolen, absent any fault of the resident, the bin is replaced free of charge. The Town must maintain records of all such replacements.
(c) If the second bin is lost, stolen or otherwise misplaced, the resident must pay the Clerk-Treasurer five dollars ($5.00) for a replacement bin, and receive the bin from the Department of Public Works.
(d) If the bin is damaged, other than by resident’s fault, the resident must turn in the damaged bin to the Department of Public Works, which must then provide a replacement bin.
