Any person or entity violating any of the provisions of this ordinance is subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and suspension or revocation of its Certificate of Registration. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
Nothing in this section limits the right of the Town of Dyer to enjoin or restrain the maintenance, operation, or conduct of any business or occupation for which a Certificate of Registration has not been obtained in the manner provided in this Division.
