Nothing in this ordinance prevents taxicabs regularly licensed in other municipalities from bringing in and depositing passengers in Dyer when the passengers were picked up outside the corporate limits of Dyer. However, taxicabs not licensed in Dyer may not accept passengers within the corporate limits of Dyer for delivery to any point within the Town limits. (Ord. No. 416, § 12, 12-8-59; Am. Ord.
