Sec. 4-74 Revocation and Nuisances.
   (a)   All licenses issued under this Division are subject to revocation by the Clerk-Treasurer upon recommendation of the Town Council for presenting a nuisance to customers, other businesses, or the public resulting from the operation of gaming or amusement devices on the licensed premises. For purposes of this Section, a “nuisance” includes the violation of any provision of the Dyer Town Code or Indiana Code pertaining to force, violence, disorderly conduct, moral turpitude, or gambling.
   (b)   All licenses issued under this Division are automatically revoked upon conviction of the licensee for any felony or misdemeanor involving force, violence, disorderly conduct, moral turpitude, gambling, or the laws of the State of Indiana relating to business operation.
