(a) No more than one (1) outdoor storage container may be kept on any parcel of property in Dyer for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days at a time and for more than thirty (30) non- consecutive days per year.
(b) No outdoor storage container may exceed fifty (50) cubic yards in volume.
(c) All outdoor storage containers must either: (1) not be kept in an area visible from a public street; or (2) if in an area visible from a public street, be completely shielded from view by an opaque barrier of either foliage or a wall that substantially matches the nearest street-facing exterior surface of the nearest building.
