Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by law, the following codes, which are currently adopted by the State of Iowa, as they are from time to time amended, are hereby adopted by the City:
1. International Building Code 2018
2. International Property Maintenance Code 2012
3. Electrical Code 2017
4. Plumbing Code 2018
5. Mechanical Code 2018
6. International Fuel Gas Code 2018
Official copies of the Iowa State Building Codes, the standard codes adopted therein, are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
