§ 36.36 BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There is created a Board of Trustees for the Police Pension and Retirement System of the city, which Board of Trustees shall have membership as required by law, and which shall be designated and known as the Board of Trustees of the Pension and Retirement System of the Police Department of the city.
