§ 155.080 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   All improvements shall be designed and installed in accordance with all of the elements of the general plan and shall meet the minimum standards established by the ordinances and regulations relating thereto. Fees shall be in such sums as set by the City Council by motion or resolution.
