§ 155.022 OFFICIAL RECORDING.
   Except as provided and lots of record established prior to the effective date of these regulations (January 1, 2008), no plat or other land subdivision instrument shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk until it shall have been approved by the Planning Commission and by the City Council as hereinafter set forth. All final plats shall be filed within two years of date of approval by the Planning Commission and City Council, and no lots shall be sold from any plat until recorded. Time extensions of the two-year filing requirement may be granted by the City Council after recommendation of the Planning Commission upon review of the final plat and a finding that circumstances prevail substantially as of the time of original approval.
