(A) Within seven working days of receiving an application and all required supporting materials, the Building Official/Inspector or his or her designee shall make a determination as to conformity with the standards in this section and shall notify the applicant of the approval, conditional approval, or denial of the application.
(B) Conditional approval shall be granted only where the conditions and reasons therefor are stated in writing.
(C) Denial by the Building Official may be appealed to the Planning Commission and City Council.
