(A) The use, occupancy, development, construction, or expansion of a mobile home park, manufactured housing development, or manufactured housing subdivision is prohibited in all areas of the city, except in officially approved or properly licensed and zoned manufactured housing developments, manufactured housing subdivisions, and R-4 Zoning Districts.
(B) No person shall own, occupy, or maintain a mobile home or manufactured home as a dwelling within the limits of the city unless it is in an approved manufactured housing development, manufactured housing subdivision, or otherwise in compliance with all the provisions of this code.
