§ 150.095 FUEL GAS CODE ADOPTED; ADDITIONS AND CHANGES; COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to manufacture, fabricate, assemble, install, or repair any system, container, apparatus, or appliance to be used for the transportation, storage, dispensing, or utilization of liquefied petroleum gas or to transport, handle, or store such gas unless such person has complied with and complies with all provisions of the law and ordinances relating thereto and has any license or permit which may be required by state law.
   (B)   Certain documents, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Community Development Department, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition, including its Appendices, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the city in the state for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions, and terms of such Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition and subsequent versions thereof, published by the International Code Council, Inc., and adopted and amended by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as is fully set out in this subchapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, if any, prescribed in division (C) below.
   (C)   The following sections are hereby revised:
      (1)   Section 101.1. Insert: City of Durant.
      (2)   Section 106.5.2. Insert: As approved by the City Council.
      (3)   Section 106.5.3. Insert: As approved by the City Council.
      (4)   Section 108.4. Insert: “As set by the City of Durant Code of Ordinances, § 10.99.”
      (5)   Section 108.5. Insert: “As set by the City of Durant Code of Ordinances, § 10.99.”
      (6)   Section 109. Section 109 Means of Appeal is excluded.
