§ 150.006 WOOD SHINGLES PERMITTED OUTSIDE FIRE LIMITS ON DWELLINGS AND ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
   Notwithstanding City Building Code § 1427.3, wood shingles may be used outside of the fire limits for roofing on dwellings and on buildings accessory to dwellings, such as private garages and barns.
