§ 150.004 FIRE LIMITS DEFINED.
   (A)   The boundaries of the fire zones shall be the same as the boundaries of the city’s C-1, C-2, and C-3 zoning districts. The provisions and restrictions of the fire zones as described in the City Building Code, Article 4, shall differ according to the commercial zoning districts in which they are applied, except in portions of the downtown area more particularly described as follows:
      (1)   A tract beginning at the southwest corner of Block 201; thence in a northeasterly direction to the north line of the alley in the block; thence in a northwesterly direction along the line to the east line of Ninth Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction to the south line of the alley in Block 170; thence in a southeasterly direction along the line to the east line of Fifth Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction along the line to the south line of the alley in Block 152; thence in a southeasterly direction along the line to the east line of Second Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction along the line to the line dividing Lots 7 and 8 in Block 149; thence in a southeasterly direction along the boundary line to the west line of the alley in the block; thence in a northeasterly direction along the line to the north line of Beech Street; thence in a southeasterly direction along the line to the west line of the M.K.&T. Railroad right-of-way; thence in a southwesterly direction along the right-of-way to the south right-of-way line of the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad; thence in a northwesterly direction along the line to the west line of Fifth Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction along the line to the southeast corner of Block 200; thence in a northwesterly direction to the point of beginning;
      (2)   A tract beginning at the southeast corner of Block 180; thence in a northeasterly direction to the northeast corner of Block 146; thence in a northwesterly direction along the north line of Block 146 to the west right-of-way line of K.O.&G. Railroad; thence in a northeasterly direction along the right-of-way line to the northeast corner of Block 147; thence in a northwesterly direction along the line to the east right-of-way line of the M.K.&T. Railroad; thence in a southwesterly direction along the line to the south right-of-way line of the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad; thence in a southeasterly direction to the east line of the K.O.&G. Railroad right-of-way; thence in a northeasterly direction to the southwest corner of Block 180; thence in a southeasterly direction to the point of beginning; except for all that part of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 194, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3; thence northeast a distance of 64.65 feet; thence east about 105 feet; thence southwest 64.65 feet; thence west about 105 feet to the point of beginning; and
      (3)   All of Blocks 204, 205, and 206; Lots 1 through 6 in Block 207; Lots 1 through 5 in Block 208; all of Block 165 and 166; Lots 4 and 5 in Block 161 and Lots 4 through 7 in Block 167; Lots 5 through 8 in Block 168; and all of Block 169.
   (B)   All of the above described downtown area fire zone containing C-0, C-1, C-2, and C-3 Districts shall have the same fire zone restrictions as if all of it were C-3 District. All other C-0 and C-1 Districts within the city shall have Type 4 construction as described in the City’s Building Code, Article 4; C-2 Districts shall have Type 3 construction; C-3 Districts and the downtown area fire zone shall have Type 1 construction.
