Any application for a commercial medical marijuana certificate of compliance shall be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee in an amount established by the City Council. Said fee includes the costs of providing the initial inspection. After the application review period, if the Community Development Department deems the application to be complete, the commercial medical marijuana certificate of compliance will be issued.
