§ 111.165 DEFENSE TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
   Compliance with the requirements of this subchapter shall not provide an exception, immunity, or defense to criminal prosecution under any applicable law, except in the Municipal Court, for a violation of this subchapter as specifically provided herein.
