(A) This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Criminal Court of the city, as put into operation by resolution duly passed on January 7, 1969, and filed in accordance with law as authorized by 11 O.S. §§ 27-101 and 27-102.
(B) To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any ordinance of this city, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
(C) The court shall be operative on and after February 1, 1969.
