§ 111.119 SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS EXCEPT IN ORIGINAL AND SEALED PACKAGE.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to sell cigarettes except in the original and sealed package in which they were placed by the manufacturer.
   (B)   When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of this section, the total of any fines, fees, or costs shall not exceed $200 for each offense.
