§ 34.07 AUTHORITY TO ANSWER CALLS WITHIN 20 MILES.
   The Fire Department is authorized and directed to answer all outside calls within a distance of 20 miles from the nearest fire station, unless in the opinion of the Fire Chief, it is inexpedient to do so on account of another fire in the city, broken apparatus, impassable or dangerous highways, or other physical conditions.
