(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABLE COMMISSION. The Alcoholic Beverage Law Enforcement Commission of the state.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Beverages defined as such by state law and controlled by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and does not include nonintoxicating beverages as defined in this code.
LICENSEE. Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, or association who holds a license issued by the authority of the Oklahoma Beverage Control Act.
(B) The following specific terms are given the meanings defined for them by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act § 6 (37A O.S. §§ 5-101 et seq.): brewer, class B wholesaler, distiller, winemaker, rectifier, Oklahoma winemaker, wholesaler, and package store.
(C) Words in the plural include the singular and vice versa, and words imparting the masculine gender include the feminine.
