§ 110.192 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF SUBCHAPTER.

Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation thereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
