(A) No child care center may be operated in the city, regardless of zoning, without having a valid license from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, and operating such under their rules and regulations.
(B) Family child care homes shall obtain a license for a fee, as determined by the City Council by motion or resolution, from the city to verify compliance with these regulations and the Zoning Code. This license shall be renewed annually.
