§ 110.167 OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH REGULATIONS ADOPTED.

The city hereby adopts the most current Oklahoma Department of Health rules regulating body piercing and tattooing. Special emphasis will be applied to compliance to the OSHA blood-borne pathogen transmission prevention standards and medical waste disposal.
