(A) Tattoo, body piercing, and body painting studios shall be inspected routinely and as frequently as necessary by the regulatory authority or the Chief of Police or his or her designee(s) to determine compliance with the provisions of this subchapter. Such studios shall be inspected at least two times per year.
(B) The regulatory authority shall be allowed access to any tattoo, body piercing, or body painting studios, and to the records required by this subchapter or as otherwise authorized by state law, at any reasonable time, for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this subchapter.
