(A) It is unlawful for any person to conduct, operate, or maintain a tattoo, body piercing, or body painting studio within the city without a valid permit issued by the local regulatory authority.
(B) A person operating a tattoo, body piercing, or body painting studio shall display the permit issued by the regulatory authority in a conspicuous location visible to the public.
(C) A permit issued for the operation of a tattoo, body piercing, or body painting studio shall not be transferred to another person or location.
