For purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK YARD. An individual or entity engaged in the business of acquiring or owning junk automobiles, appliances, machinery, scrap material, or part or accumulation of parts thereof for:
(1) Resale in their entirety or as spare parts; or
(2) Rebuilding, restoration, or crushing.
SALVAGE YARD. An individual or entity engaged in the business of acquiring or owning salvage automobiles, appliances, machinery, scrap material, or part or accumulation of parts thereof for:
(1) Resale in their entirety or as spare parts; or
(2) Rebuilding, restoration, or crushing.
