§ 110.055 DEFINITION.
   For purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE BOUTIQUE. An operational motor vehicle and/or trailer and/or booth from which a small retail shop that specializes in gifts, fashionable clothes, or accessories sells its merchandise on private (nonresidential) or public property.
   OPERATION SITE. The geographic area within which the mobile boutique will locate and sell merchandise.
