The license herein provided for shall be applied for and paid for as to all businesses, occupations, vocations, and callings in the city covered by this chapter before commencing any enterprises identified in § 110.015(B). No refund of any money paid for licenses shall ever be authorized or be made by any of the officials of the city for any unused or unexpired portion of the license period.
