§ 96.999 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any ordinance or provision of this chapter or who violates or refuses or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by the Health Officer or Animal Control Officer, pursuant to this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
