§ 96.122 CITY COUNCIL MAY ORDER DESTRUCTION.
   In the event starlings or similar birds increase in such numbers or are found congregating, the City Council may direct and order their destruction and upon such order, the Chief of Police shall supervise the elimination of such birds.
