§ 96.030 VIOLATION AND PENALTIES.

Any person violating or permitting the violation of any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that a violation of this subchapter continues shall be a separate offense.
