(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided or any law or code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 95.30 through 95.40 or shall allow the premises occupied to become unsanitary or who shall in any manner violate any of the provisions of §§ 95.30 through 95.40 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
