§ 33.06 PERSONS APPOINTED; AUTHORIZED TO SAME EXTENT AS REGULAR POLICE.
   All persons duly appointed and qualified to the office of police reserve shall be authorized to enforce the ordinances and laws of the state to the same extent as could any member of the regular police force, under the direction of the Chief of Police and their duly appointed superiors, and to maintain public peace and safety.
