§ 95.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   All sampling, examining, grading, and regrading of milk and milk products and all inspections and issuing and suspension of revocation of permits shall be done by the Director of the County Health Department or his or her authorized representative who shall be a registered professional sanitarian.
