§ 94.11 OWNER OF JUNK MOTOR VEHICLE MAY REGAIN.
   The owner of any junk motor vehicle so removed may regain possession thereof by making application to the city within 30 days after its removal and upon payment to the city all reasonable costs of removal and storage which shall have accrued to such vehicle. If the vehicle is not reclaimed within 30 days, it may be sold without further notice and, after payment of towing, storage, and related abatement costs. If the funds received for the junk motor vehicle exceed the abatement cost, such remaining funds shall be forwarded to the former owner, if known.
