§ 92.99 PENALTY.

It is unlawful and constitutes an offense for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Any person found guilty of violating any provisions shall be deemed guilty of an offense and is subject, upon conviction, to punishment as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, plus costs.
