It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt on the property owned by the city in Sections 31 and 32, Township 5 South, Range 9 East and Section 6, Township 6 South, Range 9 East, known as the “Lake Durant Property,” provided, however, that this section shall not prohibit bow hunting of game under regulations approved by the City Council.
