§ 32.128 EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Executive Board shall determine the time and place of its regular meetings.
   (B)   The City Manager, Mayor, Chairperson, or any three members of the Keep Durant Beautiful Executive Board may call a special meeting thereof.
