§ 90.37 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

Each year, at the time prescribed for the beginning of the term of a new member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, or as soon thereafter as practical, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall elect a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, and a Secretary. The Secretary need not be a member of the Board.
