§ 32.127 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Mayor or his or her designee shall serve as the Chairperson of Keep Durant Beautiful.
   (B)   Each July, at the time prescribed for the beginning of the term of new members of the Keep Durant Beautiful Executive Board, or as soon thereafter as practical, the Keep Durant Beautiful Executive Board shall elect a Vice-Chairperson and a Secretary.
