§ 90.03 PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR.

There shall be a Parks and Recreation Department, the head of which shall be the Director of Parks and Recreation, appointed by the City Manager for an indefinite term and removable by the Manager. He or she shall be an officer of the city and shall have supervision and control of the Parks and Recreation Department. There shall be such employees in the Department as the Council may authorize.
