§ 32.126 EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   An executive board is created to act as trustees of Keep Durant Beautiful. The Keep Durant Beautiful Executive Board shall assist the city in organizing the programming of Keep Durant Beautiful, and shall also advise the City Manager and City Council on policy and operational issues regarding beautification and recycling efforts.
   (B)   (1)   The Executive Board of Keep Durant Beautiful shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Six members shall be appointed to three-year overlapping terms and serve until their successors have been appointed and have taken office. All members shall be citizens of the city. The term of two of the six members appointed to overlapping terms shall expire in June of each year. The Mayor or his or her City Council member designee shall serve as the seventh member.
      (2)   The City Manager or his or her appointee, the Director of Public Works or his or her designee, the Director of Community Development or his or her designee, and the Durant Main Street Executive Director shall serve as a non-voting, ex-officio members.
