The Keep Durant Beautiful Association (hereinafter referred to as “Keep Durant Beautiful”) is hereby created to encourage those who live, work, play, visit, and/or do business in the city to engage in projects and activities that encourage pride in the community. Membership shall be open to any person who has an interest in improving the appearance of the city’s physical environment.
