§ 75.05 INSPECTION OF VEHICLES; SAFETY STICKERS.

Police officers shall have the authority to inspect and test any vehicle upon the streets of the city at any time to determine whether it is safe, whether it is properly equipped, or whether its equipment is in proper adjustment and repair.
