(A) The Airport Advisory Board shall determine the time of its regular meetings. The Airport Advisory Board shall meet in the City Council Chambers. The City Manager, Mayor, Chairperson, or any three members of the Airport Advisory Board may call a special meeting thereof.
(B) Any member of the Board who misses two consecutive meetings or three meetings in any calendar year shall have effectively resigned to hold his, her, or their position on the Board.
