§ 71.109 SIGNS AT THROUGH STREETS.
   Whenever the City Manager designates and describes a through street, the City Manager shall have placed and maintained a stop sign, or if deemed more appropriate at any intersection, a yield sign on each and every street intersection such through street and a heavy-traffic street not so designated. Stop signs shall be erected at the approaches of either of the streets as may be determined by the City Manager if deemed desirable.
