§ 71.078 DEPOSIT OF GLASS, NAILS, OR OTHER INJURIOUS MATTER IN STREETS; RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE AFTER ACCIDENT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, cause to be placed, or let fall and remain in or upon any street any scrap iron, nail, tack, glass, or other thing which is likely to injure persons or damage property or to render a street unsafe for traffic.
   (B)   Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a street shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped upon the street from such vehicle.
