(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle of any size driven by a motor of any size on or within any private property except where the operator of the motor vehicle has first obtained the consent of the owner of the property in writing.
(B) Motor-driven vehicles may be driven a reasonable distance from the street only when the operator is going to or from a parking stall or space. Emergency vehicles such as police, fire, civil defense, or other emergency motor-driven vehicles are exempt from the provisions of this section.
