§ 32.045 CEMETERY SUPERINTENDENT.
   There shall be a Cemetery Department, the head of which shall be the Superintendent of Cemeteries appointed by the City Manager for an indefinite term. He or she shall be an officer of the city and shall have supervision and control of the Cemetery Department. There shall be such employees in the Department as the City Council may authorize.
