§ 71.037 ACTUAL PHYSICAL CONTROL OF VEHICLE WHILE INTOXICATED.
   No person who is under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, non-intoxicating beverage, or drug, as defined in this code and in § 71.036 of this subchapter, shall be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle within the city.
